About Me & My Approach
I'm a Brazilian woman and my first deliberate step into this world was when I took my first class on Tibetan yoga (Yantra Yoga) in 2011. That was the beginning of a new phase in my life where I was always searching for methods for self-awareness, alignment, and natural healing such as meditation, tarot, mantras, and yoga practices and retreats.
I believe anyone can benefit from energy healing sessions and an act of self-care and self-love. This is not something from out of this world or something strict to certain "types" of people, everyone can benefit from it is there for everyone because it is part of nature.

Pre-Treatment Consultation
I will reach out to you via WhatsApp or phone (whichever you prefer) to discuss any additional information I may need about your case. During this time, I will also provide payment details.

Once payment is received, I will confirm your session and send a calendar invite with all the necessary session details.

Treatment Session
For remote Reiki or energy healing sessions, we will meet in real-time, so please be prepared and in a quiet space to receive the energy. If you’re booking a family constellation or if requested, we can connect via Zoom video call.

Post-Session Feedback
After your session, I would love to hear how you’re feeling. I will also share any feedback or personal practices to support your ongoing well-being.

7 Techniques Cardinal Method
The 7 techniques of the Cardinal Method relate to the 7 chakras and the corresponding areas of life. Through the positioning of specific crystals in geometries around the patient's body, this treatment promotes the energetic unblocking necessary for the natural alignment of the energetic field and a connection to health, well-being and joy of life.
Reiki + Cardinal Crystals
This session couples Reiki and Cardinal crystals techniques creating a beautiful and powerful synergy between those methods that enhances their own benefits.
Cardinal Method
Individual Family Constellations
Family constellation is a type of energy healing or brief therapy that works on systemic elements. Problems and issues that we experience in our present life may have their roots or primary causes in the systems of which we are a part. Constellations allow us to reach out and address systemic issues, beyond the individuality, removing blockages and dysfunctional patterns. This modality is specific to the Cardinal Method and is done using crystals.

I did the reiki with Cardinal sessions with Thaís to help me through a painful moment in my life. I felt emotionally and physically shaken. We did the sessions at a distance always at night so that I could concentrate well. I thought I was going to sleep, or get distressed for not doing anything. The moment it started until the end the feeling was different. On the first day, I felt a tingling sensation as if there was a movement in my whole body. Always a feeling of lightness and peace. And the next day I felt very energetic and happier. I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to do these sessions because it helped me in a way that I didn't think possible in a time of pain.
